  • What is Zottic Payment?

    ZotticPay is a payment gateway founded in 2018. We accept and validate Internet payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and wallets. We provide a secure link between your website, various issuing institutions, acquiring Banks and the payment gateway providers.

  • What all documents are required for verification process?

    One Business Proof (Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed, service tax, VAT Registration Document), Firm/Company PAN (Not for Proprietorship), Promoter's PAN (Proprietor/director), Business Address Proof of the firm/company

  • Do I need to register the company in India?

    Yes, for using our services, its must to register in India as Company

  • Is a partnership firm acceptable?

    Yes

  • Is a LLP firm acceptable?

    Yes

  • I haven’t registered a company yet. Can I sign up?

    You can sign up only for a test account, but to perform live transactions, you will need to register a company and get it verified.

  • What all currencies are currently supported?

    Currently, we only support INR as the final payment currency.

  • Are international credit cards supported?

    Yes

  • Do you have support for mobile devices?

    Yes, we support all modern mobile devices, including tablets and mobile phones.

  • When is the money transferred to the merchant's account?

    Money transfer happens within 3 business days after transaction.

  • How do I file a support ticket?

  • Do you offer live chat support?

    No, Live chat feature not supported now.

  • Where can I contact you?

  • Do you have integrations for ecommerce platforms?

    Not now, but as soon as possible.

  • How do I issue a refund for a transaction?

    You can refund a transaction from your dashboard. There are two types of refunds you can fire:-


    Full refund: You can fire refund for full transaction amount. Log in to ZotticPay dashboard, go to “Payment Details” by clicking the transaction. On Payment Details page click on “Refund” and select “Full Refund” to initiate the refund process.


    Partial refund: You can fire refund for partial amount for a transaction. Log in to ZotticPay dashboard, go to “Payment Details” by clicking the transaction. On Payment Details page click on “Refund”, select “Partial Refund” and enter the refund amount to initiate the refund process.


    (Note: any number of partial refunds can be fired for a transaction till the time total refund amount does not exceed total transaction amount.)

  • Is there any fee charged for refund?

    Yes, you are charged the transaction fee (2% + 18% GST) for the refunded transaction.
