OTP is a one-time password which is provided by your issuing bank in order to carry out the second factor authentication of your debit/credit card. If you opt for our ‘one tap’ feature, you understand that we will be able to retrieve your OTP from the message received on your mobile and populate and submit the OTP on the issuer’s page for second factor authentication of your debit/credit card.
